命运召唤尔茄的精灵石镇经营道具店的一家的女儿，Arche，是个沉迷父亲教的剑术，背后总是背着一把大剑，非常健康开朗的少女。她转入了镇上唯一的学校，这所学校是立志成为魔法使的孩子们上的学校，叫米纳萨拉迪斯魔法学校，使用魔法必须要有“精霊石（精灵石）”。但是，精霊石的价格很高，不想加重父母负担的Arche，于是去了从同班的少年那里听说的有古代精霊石沉睡着的后山的洞窟。这是，Arche和使用水属性魔法的温柔的Sana，以及使用火属性魔法的才色兼备的Stella三个少女的小小冒险故事
