Devastation - Sewer Passage (On the Loose)
Primevil Lyrium Rune - During Varrics companion quest "Haunted" tell Varric to get rid of the idol shard. Speak wtih Sandal to receive your rune.
Valiance - search the pile of bones north of the camp near the cave opening in Sundermount

POISONS & BOMBS
Fel Grenade - found in the chest at the western most dead end path in Wounded Coast (if you have The Awiergan Scrolls quest active, the dead end path is just to the left of the Hidden Lair)
Fel Poison - dropped from Huon, Lowtown at night (On The Loose)

 CASTILLONS LANDING (THE DOCKS): You can only access this locating during Isabellas companion quest "No Rest for the Wicked." Search the chest in the office upstarirs BEFORE leaving!

DARKTOWN

DRAKESTONE MINES (THE BONE PIT): You can only access this location during Anders companion quest"Justice"

LOWTOWN: The Fel Poison recipe is dropped from Huon at night during the quest "On The Loose"

PRIDES END (SUNDERMOUNT): You can only access this location during Merrills companion quest "A New Path"

SEWER PASSAGE (DARKTOWN): You can only access this location during the main quest "On the Loose." Make sure to loot the chest near the eastern exit.
